Tube Settlers & Lamella Media
Maximize sedimentation capacity and reduce clarifier footprint based on shallow depth sedimentation theory.
Tube Settlers
High-Efficiency Clarification
Tube settlers use multiple tubular channels sloped at an angle of 60° to multiply the effective settling area of circular clarifiers and rectangular sedimentation basins.
By reducing the particle settling depth, this media significantly accelerates the separation of bio-floc and suspended solids, allowing you to operate at 2 to 4 times the normal hydraulic loading rate compared to conventional clarifiers.

Key Engineering Advantages
Capacity Upgrade: Retrofit existing clarifiers to handle higher flow rates without building new civil structures.
Footprint Reduction: New plant designs can be significantly smaller, saving land and construction costs.
Improved Effluent Quality: Consistently delivers lower turbidity water and reduces downstream filter backwash frequency.
Chemical Savings: Enhances flocculation efficiency, potentially reducing coagulant and polymer dosing requirements.
Typical Applications
Municipal Drinking Water Treatment (Flocculation & Clarification)
Primary and Secondary Wastewater Clarifiers
Industrial Effluent Treatment (Metal finishing, pulp & paper)
Wash-water recovery systems
